How to Leave a Review
- If you'd like to leave a review for a product please sign into your account. If you do not have an account, please create one.
- Navigate to the product you would like to review.
- When you are on the product's page, find the Reviews tab (the tab will be on top of the box with the product's long description).
- Click on the Reviews tab, and then fill out the information for the review. (If there are other reviews, the form to fill out will appear at the end of the previous reviews.) You do not have to leave a long review, but the more information you leave, the more helpful it is to other customers.
To find a specific product page, you can search for it using the box below or the search bar at the top of any page.
Here are some ways to best use the search box to find your product:
- Search by SKU (ex: SH-7L)
- Search by product's color name (ex: Victory, Genie, Flirt, etc)
- Search by product's name (full or partial) in quotation marks (ex: "Beauty Cliche", "Beauty Book")
In order to validate the authenticity of each review, all customers who wish to leave a review must first sign in to their account. If you do not have an account, it is easy and completely free to set one up.
Reviews and Resolution
If you are having issues with your product, please do not use the reviews portal as a way of garnering a resolution. Since reviews aren't monitored on a daily basis, you can achieve a faster resolution by contacting our Customer Service department directly.
Why isn't my review posted yet?
Most reviews are posted within 1-2 business days of submission. However, oftentimes there are errors that prevent this from happening. To ensure the fastest processing time, please keep the following in mind:
- Keep it on topic: Reviews should be limited to the specific product page and should not include other products or issues
- Keep it authentic: Reviews should be 100% your opinion and must not contain any false statements
- Keep it coherent: Reviews should be full sentences and not include any gibberish. incoherent statements, or foul language
- Keep it singular: Reviews should only be posted on a 1:1 ratio. Multiple reviews on the same product will only cause delays

I purchased my product from another marketplace. Can I still submit a review?
Yes! You can submit a review on our website or on the specific marketplace where you purchased the item.
I want to upload images of my product
Unfortunately, we currently do not enable customer photos to be added to reviews.
